Stoic Immigration — Canadian Immigration Consultancy

THE STOIC WAY

Why an engineer became an immigration consultant

I'm Sumanpreet Singh. I built technology companies before I built this one. Then I watched the immigration industry lie to the people who could least afford it — and I got my license to be the honest answer. This is what we believe, and why.

THE PHILOSOPHY WE'RE BUILT ON

Stoicism, applied to your journey

The foundational structure of this company is built on the philosophy of Stoicism — the resilience and courage it takes to endure hardship, the understanding of what is really blocking your success, and the moral principles it takes to reach real happiness. We adapt this ancient philosophy to the modern journey of immigrating to Canada. These are the four qualities we work by, with every client:

Focus on what you control

Focus on the factors you have control over, and capitalize on them. You can't control IRCC's processing times or a policy that changes mid-file. You can control the honesty of your application, the strength of your evidence, and whether you chose someone accountable. We put every hour where it actually moves your odds.

Turn obstacles into opportunities

Turn obstacles into opportunities, and be resilient. A refusal is not the end — it's information. Lost status has a restoration window. A scam can be reported and refiled. The people the industry gives up on are exactly the ones we built this practice around.

Tackle unkindness with kindness

The system can feel cold, and the scammers are cruel. We answer that with patience — late-night messages, honest 'no's delivered gently, and the time it takes to actually explain your options. Compassion is not softness; it's the discipline of treating a stranger's file like it carries your own name.

Face your worst fears — and beat them

Come to terms with your worst fears and eventually beat them. The fear of removal, of wasted years, of trusting the wrong person — we face those with you, in plain language, with real data instead of false comfort. Knowing your true odds, even when they're poor, is how you beat the fear.

OUR MISSION

We battle disinformation, ghost agents, and document fraud

Stoic Immigration's mission is to fight the disinformation and ghost agents in the immigration industry. Every effort we make is directed against the mindset that you can 'buy a job' or 'buy your way' into Canada. Only active, licensed RCICs touch your file, end to end — and we built free public tools so you can verify any consultant, and any document, before you trust anyone. Including us.

Only active, licensed RCICs handle your filing — never an unlicensed 'agent'.

We stand with IRCC's public fee schedule and every honest RCIC doing this the right way.

We say NO where we don't believe you have a real chance — and we tell you why.

WHAT WE'RE ACCOUNTABLE TO — THE STOIC DIFFERENCE

Four pillars. One of them is the difference.

Transparency

We show you each step of the process and give you a data-oriented assessment of your real chances under the program you choose. The fee instrument on our homepage exists so nothing is ever hidden.

Accountability

We never go back on our commitment. Every file carries a licensed RCIC's name and number (R709596), regulated by the CICC. You can count on the Stoics for that.

Ethics

We only take your case if we believe you have a strong chance, based on real program data. We make no false commitments — and we say no when no is the honest answer.

CompassionTHE DIFFERENCE

This is the difference. People come to us frightened, sometimes after being cheated. We won't profit from fear. When technology cut our hours, we passed the savings to you — because compassion, made real, looks like a fair price and an honest answer.

THE FOUNDER — IN FOUR CHAPTERS

Sumanpreet Singh, RCIC R709596

01 · The Builder

An engineer who shipped things people trusted

I'm a technology entrepreneur first. I founded technology startups in India and Canada and built mobile apps people trusted with their banking and their health data, and data platforms that separated real numbers from wishful ones. I learned early that when people's lives ride on your work, the details are the whole job.

02 · The Problem

I saw the industry lie to people who couldn't afford it

The more I looked at immigration, the more I saw an industry running on disinformation — ghost agents selling forged LMIAs, 'guaranteed' outcomes, and mystery totals that quietly swallowed government fees. The people being cheated were the ones with the least to lose, and almost no one was building for them honestly.

03 · The License

I got licensed to be accountable, not just angry

Being upset at the industry wasn't enough — so I earned my RCIC license (R709596) and put myself on the record with a regulator. Now every opinion I give and every file I touch carries my name and my accountability to the CICC. You can look me up on the public register, and you should.

04 · The Mission

Bring engineering discipline to an honest practice

Stoic Immigration is what happens when an engineer prices and runs a professional service honestly: real stats over false commitments, systems over promises, one transparent rate, and free tools that let you verify anyone — including me. That's the whole mission.
