Not a dropbox — labelled slots (“Passport — all stamped pages”, “LMIA decision letter”). You put each document where it belongs; the engine checks it's legible and complete.
A gap check, in plain language
Before any work starts, you get an honest list of what's missing or unclear (“photo page cut off — please rescan”). We never proceed silently past a missing document.
Read once, into one source of truth
ZERO-INVENTIONEvery fact is read into a single Canonical Client Profile. Every field carries a pointer back to the exact document and page it came from — so nothing is invented.
Forms filled exactly as your documents say
Your IRCC forms are filled from that profile — current form versions only, dates as YYYY-MM-DD, names exactly as in your passport.
Cross-checked end to end
Same name, date of birth, UCI, and dates on every form; status-expiry and maintained-status logic checked; every mandatory field filled or marked N/A.

This portal and these pages provide information and prepare your documents. Choosing your program, wording case-specific answers, and advising on disclosure are immigration advice under IRPA s.91 — always handled by the licensed RCIC, never by software alone.
