The pathways we handle and the honest way we handle them
Two ways in: individuals and families building a life in Canada, and employers who need to hire. I only take a file if I believe I can give it everything, and I'll tell you plainly when a route isn't realistic yet. RCIC R709596.
For individuals & families
Study, work, status, permanent residence, and Quebec. Start where you are, and we'll map the real steps from there — including the ones nobody warned you about.
Visitor visas & visitor records
Temporary resident visas to come to Canada, and visitor records to extend your stay once you're here. Straightforward when the story is honest and well documented — and I'll help you tell it that way.
Open & bridging work permits
Spousal open work permits, bridging open work permits (BOWP) to keep working while your PR is in process, and post-graduation work permits (PGWP) after you finish studying. The goal is simple: no gap where you're not allowed to work.
Change of conditions & restoration of status
Need to change the conditions on your permit, or fell out of status? Restoration runs on a tight window with clear rules. Come to me early — the sooner we move, the more options you still have.
Status transitions
Moving from one status to another — visitor to student, visitor to worker, or one work permit to the next. Timing and sequence matter here, and getting them right keeps you legal the whole way through.
Permanent residence (Express Entry & PNP)
The move from temporary to permanent, through Express Entry or a Provincial Nominee Program. I'll weigh your real profile against how recent draws have actually gone, and tell you which stream is worth your effort right now.
Family sponsorship
Bringing your spouse, partner, children, or parents to Canada — or being brought. These files carry the most emotion, so I hold them the most carefully: honest, complete, and built to keep your family together.
Quebec immigration
Quebec runs its own system. The CAQ to study, the CSQ for selection, the PEQ for graduates and workers already there, and Quebec's own path to permanent residence. If your life is in the province, this is the route built for it.
Francophone pathways
French is one of the strongest advantages in Canadian immigration right now — from francophone mobility work permits to dedicated Express Entry draws. If you speak it, we should be using it. I'll show you what it's actually worth to your file.
Keeping people in status is the whole point
Behind every file is a person who has built a life here — a job, a lease, kids in school, a partner waiting on the other side of a border. Losing status can undo all of it, fast. So I watch your dates, move before deadlines instead of after them, and never let a gap open up quietly. And if a route isn't realistic, I'll say so early — an honest no protects your family far more than a hopeful maybe ever could.
For employers
You need to hire, keep, and stay compliant. I handle the immigration side so your offer holds up to review and your people stay in status.
High-wage LMIA
For roles paid at or above the provincial median wage, the high-wage stream comes with its own recruitment, transition plan, and documentation demands. I build the file so it stands up when it's reviewed.
Low-wage LMIA
Common in quick-service restaurants, retail and convenience, construction, and agriculture. The low-wage stream carries caps, housing and recruitment rules, and tighter scrutiny — done properly the first time, it saves you a refusal later.
LMIA-exempt hiring
Some hires skip the LMIA entirely — intra-company transfers moving your staff into a Canadian operation, and francophone mobility for French-speaking workers. Faster routes when your situation genuinely qualifies for them.
Compliance & retention
An approved LMIA is a promise you have to keep. I help you meet inspection and record-keeping obligations, renew on time, and hold on to the people you worked hard to bring on.
Staffing partnerships
For staffing and recruitment firms placing foreign workers, an ongoing partner who keeps every file consistent and compliant. Volume doesn't mean cutting corners — it means a system that refuses to.
